I’m Mr. Noenickx, the Facilities Technician at Archway Scottsdale. I’ve been keeping our campus running smoothly for the past two years, bringing a strong passion for solving hands-on problems and helping others every day.
Originally from Flagstaff, Arizona, I moved down to the Valley in 2020. I spent years working in the restaurant industry. Before making the jump into appliance repair and property maintenance. That background shaped my approach to work today: staying hyper-organized, maintaining peak efficiency, and always keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.
When I’m not on campus fixing things, you’ll usually find me outdoors—hiking, fishing, camping, or gardening—preferably in perfect 70-degree weather. I also love spending time in the kitchen cooking for family and friends. I’m always happy to lend a hand and keep our community in great shape!
