The Archway Scottsdale Lunch Program is entirely managed and distributed by our Parent Service Organization volunteers with all the profits going directly back to the Parent Service Organization. The Archway Scottsdale Parent Service Organization has partnered with Boonli to provide a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online lunch ordering system. This program is open to all students, faculty and staff at Archway Scottsdale.
As a reminder, students that have ordered hot lunch and are sent home due to illness, quarantine requirements or any other reasons, will not be able to receive a refund for their ordered hot lunch meals. Our food vendors run final reports on Sunday at midnight and therefore no changes can be made after this. Normally, any hot lunch orders not accounted for due to absence are placed in the faculty lounge which they are always happy to receive!
We are currently offering lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The deadline to order each week is Sunday at midnight.

Dear Archway Parents,
The Archway PSO sponsored hot lunch program is being served Monday, Wednesday & Friday through the end of 2020. We will continue with this in January 2021, in order to be able to provide the best possible lunch program in these circumstances.
Due to the current health issues, the PSO lunch volunteers are making food handling safety, social distancing and limiting unnecessary exposure as our priorities while serving lunch to the students. Grades K-2 eat lunch in their classrooms while grades 3-5 come to the cafeteria for lunch. Therefore, the lunch volunteers run two distribution areas to accommodate all the grades. This requires a significant increase in the number of volunteers needed. As school progresses, we are finding that if our volunteer’s kids are sent home due to quarantine, this leaves the lunch program at risk for not having the help needed to run each day swiftly. There are new challenges that we are learning to work around and ask for your patience.
I understand that many of our parents have children at SPA and Archway. As SPA has begun to run their lunch program 5 days a week, we are taking greater caution as Archway students are much younger, require more reminders of social distancing and are less independent.
We are grateful to have wonderful Archway parents and staff that support us in running our lunch program and appreciate your patience as we all maneuver our way through these unchartered territories.
