The Archway Scottsdale Lunch Program is entirely managed and distributed by our Parent Service Organization volunteers with all the profits going directly back to the Parent Service Organization. The Archway Scottsdale Parent Service Organization has partnered with Boonli to provide a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online lunch ordering system. This program is open to all students, faculty, and staff at Archway Scottsdale.

The PSO offers lunch options each school day. The deadline to order each week is Sunday at midnight.

ORDER LUNCH

As a reminder, hot lunch orders for students that are absent (due to illness, quarantine requirements, or any other reason) will not be able to pick up the missed lunch or receive a refund for their ordered hot lunch meals. Our food vendors run final reports on Sunday at midnight and therefore no changes can be made after this. Due to food safety issues and volunteer staffing constraints, we cannot put aside a lunch to be picked up in the front office. Normally, any hot lunch orders not accounted for due to absence are placed in the faculty lounge which are always happily received!

Delivery of Forgotten Items
There have been quite a few forgotten lunches, water bottles, or materials delivered to the school office recently. For the security of our students and faculty, the office staff cannot leave the front office to deliver materials and interrupt the classroom learning environment. While we understand there can be occasional forgotten lunch, we ask all forgotten lunches to be delivered by 10:30 am, clearly marked with name, grade and section. Additionally, parents must alert both teachers (lead & assistant) by email that a lunch has been dropped off.

If your child has forgotten a water bottle or other materials, please follow the same drop-off guidelines as above, communicating with your child’s teachers via email.

Please note that DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and similar delivery services are not permitted to deliver for students.
